Albert F. Quintrall

Born in Torrance, California in 1946, Mr. Quintrall received his preparatory education in Southern California and attended the University of California, Irvine (B.A. Degree in 1968) and California Western University School of Law (J.D. 1973).

Mr. Quintrall began his private law practice in San Diego, California as a sole practitioner specializing in construction law, particularly in the areas of credit and collections and mechanic’s lien law. His cases included construction debt collection matters involving the practical and legal applications of the mechanic’s lien law and construction litigation matters. Mr. Quintrall’s client base was composed mainly of subcontractors of all trades, material suppliers and equipment rental companies. His practice was exclusively plaintiff-creditor based. Mr. Quintrall has tried hundreds of civil trials in state and federal courts. He has conducted hundreds of arbitration matters and has been appointed as an arbitrator on the construction industry panel of the American Arbitration Association.

Although Mr. Quintrall is no longer practicing law, Mr. Quintrall was the former Senior Partner in the firm of QUINTRALL & ASSOCIATES, LLP, with offices in San Diego, California. Specializing in construction industry collections, he is the original founder and principal shareholder of PROLIEN Services, LLC, specializing in the research, preparation and service of Preliminary Notices, Mechanic’s Liens, Stop Payment Notice and other construction industry documents.

Mr. Quintrall is a frequent lecturer on the topic of Mechanic’s Lien Law and Construction Collections, conducting full-day comprehensive seminars and workshops in addition to appearing before trade associations and other industry-related groups.
